Curtain Measurements
How are your curtains sold?
Our curtains are sold in pairs (unless stated). The measurements are always Width x Drop. For example a pair of 46" x 54" will be 46" wide each curtain x 54" drop. If you are unsure of the size that you need please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Deliveries
Can I choose a delivery day or a specific time to suit me?
We are unable to offer delivery on a specified day or time although if you contact us we will help as much as possible.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?
All deliveries are delivered by courier and will require a signature. If you are not in when we try to deliver your goods we will leave a card notifying you of the time we attempted delivery. If you wish to contact us regarding a missed delivery, please call 01244 940 500
How much does my delivery cost
Our standard delivery charge is £7.95 regardless of the size of your order. For Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Europe there will be a different delivery charge. Please contact us or call us for details.
Will you deliver to an alternative delivery address?
Yes, just advise us at the time of ordering.
My Order
How do I know that you have recieved my order?
We will e-mail you with a receipt of your order within a few minutes of receiving it. If you do not recieve this e-mail, please contact us.
I want to cancel my order
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 10 days of receiving the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us immediately. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in any way, or are returned with damaged or without their original packaging. If your order meets this criteria, please contact us for returns advice.
Where is my order?
Although usually delivered quicker, please allow 7 -10 days for the delivery of your order. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please contact us. We will also send you an e-mail to advise you of your order being dispatched.
Returns
I would like to return my order
You may return your order to us for a refund within 10 days of receiving the goods.
To allow us to process your return quickly , please ensure the following:
. Items must be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
. Products must be returned in their full original packaging with all labels and inserts intact.
. Products must be properly packaged and returns note included. We will not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to us and may cause your refund to be refused.
. Ensure that items are returned by recorded delivery . Please retain your proof of postage incase of any quiries with your return.
Complaints
How can I make a complaint?
We are sorry that you are unhappy with your order. Please give us the details of your problem and we will atempt to put it right as soon as possible. Please contact us and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I leave feedback?
We always want to hear of your opinons of our products and service and will pass any comments on to our suppliers, buyers and directors. If you have any suggestions of things that you would like to see on our site please contact us .
